Valentine’s Day 2025 Celebration
Valentine’s Day is a day to express gratitude and appreciation for the loved ones in your life. At Emerson Health we enjoyed a Valentine’s day themed Breakfast Club, Luncheon, Entertainment and Refreshments. Lots of good food, music, fun! Volunteer groups donated Valentine Cards for everyone including staff. We were bursting at the seams with plenty of love!
Valentine’s Day Service Project
Molly and Meaghan from the Youth Ministry at Saint Andrew’s in Westwood visited the residents for a Valentine’s Day Craft. This was their community service project and we were thrilled that they thought of us. They planned the whole event and the residents loved that they made a decoration for their rooms.
Superbowl LIX Party
In a rematch of Super Bowl LVII, the NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles defeated the AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs 40–22, securing their first Super Bowl championship since Super Bowl LII seven years earlier and their ,second overall. The Eagles’ win prevented the Chiefs from achieving the first-ever Super Bowl three-peat. Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts was named the Super Bowl MVP. The residents at Emerson Health enjoyed a Super Bowl Pre-Game Social with chips, guacamole, salsa and wings.
