National Skyscraper Day
National Skyscraper Day is celebrated on September 3rd to honor the architecture and engineering of tall buildings. Emerson’s residents had fun making their own skyscrapers with these brightly-colored cups.
Grandparents’ Day
National Grandparents’ Day is celebrated on September 7th. Our residents received visits from their families, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Also, the Emerson Health Ice Cream cart made its weekly Thursday afternoon rounds, serving anyone who wanted ice cream.
National Chewing Gum Day
National Chewing Gum Day takes place on September 30th. We celebrated with a bubble-blowing contest for our residents and staff.
